IMPORTANT NOTE: Because of the ongoing COVID-19 situation we are temporarily suspending our “Payments Towards Balance” option. Because of uncertainty in the travel landscape we feel it’s more beneficial to you, our clients, to not tie up funds that may not be refundable in a vacation package that may have to be changed at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing Berwick Travel or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties may apply if Travel Protection is waived, up to the full package price. Deposit is non-refundable once processed unless covered by Travel Protection. Travel Protection cost is not refundable for any reason, even if the package is cancelled by supplier(s).
Please note that you will not see a charge from Berwick Travel on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier (Travel Impressions or Funjet Vacations, for example) and/or the airline directly (American or Delta, for example.) Payment may take 7-10 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement. Use of an airline-branded credit card or other benefit enabled card for a package purchase is not applicable for any airline-specific perks (free baggage, preferred boarding zone, etc.).
Payments must be received on your due date no later than 5PM ET weekdays/2PM ET Saturdays (or the time listed on your confirmation, whichever is earlier) or will be considered late, and rates/availability may not be able to be guaranteed.
By submitting payment and becoming an existing client of Berwick Travel, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by us for future promotional emails that deal with promotions and specials we are offering. Any promotional e-mails we send will have an “Unsubscribe” option. All of the contact information that we collect is protected against unapproved access, and we will not share your e-mail address with any other company or individual.
