With a modern Mexican yet hacienda-inspired old time style, these gorgeous suites (available in suite, one bedroom suite, and two bedroom suite) feature locally-grown and carved mahogany furnishings, Mexican marble flooring and bathroom fixtures, and beautiful locally-made artwork. Each of Hacienda Tres Rios' suites offer luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, soft comfortable mattresses, and a pillow menu to ensure you have the perfect night's sleep. Nature Park
Hacienda Tres Rios' nature park is completely unique. Its 326 acres of pristine tropical jungle are crossed by three amazing fresh-water rivers, dotted by ten cenotes and home to over 90 species of fauna and over 120 species of flora. The nature park and preserve features diverse attractions and activities designed to provide you with direct access to the region’s rich nature and culture.

Water Features
 In addition to three rivers, a white-sand beach, and a spectacular reef, Tres Ríos also features ten cenotes—unique, circular, refreshing, spring-water-filled sinkholes that were formed by the collapse of the limestone bedrock and reveal perfectly filtered underground rivers. The cenotes and rivers of Tres Ríos Nature Park are a unique feature of our grounds. Cenotes nurtured human life around them for thousands of years and held a special place in the culture of the Maya, who regarded them as connections to the underworld where the soul could be cleansed. After enjoying yourself outside on a warm tropical day, cleanse your body and refresh your soul at Cenote Águila, then swim or snorkel down the Río Selva to the beach and kayak up the Río Pájaros.
Botanical Garden and Nursery
The Botanical Garden and Nursery will introduce visitors to local flora and the area’s various ecosystems, showcasing examples of the 120 species found in Tres Ríos, which include some protected species. The Nursery, which has been in operation since before hotel construction began, will continue to cultivate thousands of plants and trees to be used in reforestation projects and in the landscaping for the resorts. The preservation and propagation of México’s delicate forest and mangrove ecosystem is of paramount importance to Tres Ríos.
Nature Preserve
The Nature Preserve is designed for minimal human impact; there will be no substantial amount of development. Its nature walks and trails allow guests to visit and enjoy the pristine environment at Tres Ríos.
