Sunscape Puerto Aventuras Accommodations

Warm ocean breezes and beautiful, scenic views of the sparkling aquamarine Caribbean greet guests from the comfort of their relaxing accommodations.

The hotel's 305 guestrooms offer balcony or terrace views of boats rocking in the nearby marina or the sparkling turquoise Caribbean. Rooms are located in three and six story sections and have 1 king or 2 double beds. Guestrooms are decorated in bright colors and have polished stone floors. Rooms include climate controlled air conditioning, marble shower and sink, full bathroom, hairdryer, cable TV, direct telephone, in room safe, fully stocked mini-bar with soft drinks and bottled water, coffee maker, iron & ironing board and a terrace or patio. Room pictured on right is a master suite.

Room amenities include: TV, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, shower, hair dryer, mini bar (stocked prior to arrival with soft drinks and water and will only be restocked upon request), coffee maker, iron and ironing board, direct dial phone, private balconies and safety deposit box in room.

Enjoy sumptuous à la carte dining and spectacular buffets in air-conditioned comfort in one of our 5 specialty restaurants; we serve Italian, Seafood, Mexican and grill specialties. Or enjoy buffet style dining in our main restaurant, which features weekly theme nights. Reservations never required.

World Cafe
Enjoy the fabulous buffet or à la carte with a full range of specialties.
Serving breakfast from 7AM to 11AM, lunch from 12:30PM to 3PM and dinner from 6:30PM to 10PM. Dress for breakfast and lunch is casual, dinner is casual elegance.

Oceana
Adults only gourmet à la carte restaurant. Talented chefs using the best local and imported ingredients create a variety of à la carte fresh grilled local and international seafood specialties served in the fresh air palapa located by the beach.
Serving dinner from 6:30PM to 10PM. Dress is casual elegance.

Da' Mario
You must experience the fresh à la carte Italian specialties that are both innovative and traditional.

Entertainment Extraordinaire
Magicians, hypnotists, jugglers, ventriloquists, whip artists, yo-yo artists, escape artists and more will be making a special stop at Sunscape Puerto Aventuras during their tour of the Riviera Maya. Sip your favorite cocktail and be blown away by the hypnotizing performances including jugglers, variety entertainment, and mind reading, all designed with the right amount of perfect comedic genius.

Stargazing Rock n’ Roll Party
Now guests can dance the night away to a live All-American rock n’ roll band at our weekly Stargazing Rock n’ Roll beach parties. Mingle around the bonfire on the beach, meet new friends or lay back with an ice-cold beer and gaze at the stars through beachfront telescopes. Great family fun!

Daily Activities
Sunscape Puerto Aventuras offers a variety of activities to satisfy every interest in a relaxing, fun environment. Take advantage of the many land and water sports offered at the resort, which include bicycles, hobiecats, ping-pong, kayaks, beach volleyball, and aerobics. The resort also offers a full service fitness center, and a water activities hut. A full-service marina is nearby.

Explorer's Club for Kids (for children ages 3-12)
Kids will have a blast with all the fun-filled activities at the Explorer's Club!

Our Explorer's Club for kids is a fully supervised program for children ages 3-12 that will entertain the little ones with a different daily program based on science, nature and exploration. The kids will enjoy sandcastle competitions, arts & crafts, movies on the beach on our big screen TV, ocean trampoline and our weekly Campout adventure! One night a week, kids have the opportunity to sleep in tents at the club or on the beach, subject to parent’s approval. A full listing of daily activities is posted in our Activities Center including the nightly movie program.

Parents can relax and enjoy their time alone because pagers will be provided in case the child would like to contact them.

And there's more.. We have implemented a new standard that all Explorer's Club staff must be certified in Infant First Aid and CPR. Now parents can rest assured while their children participate in fun-filled activities with safety-certified employees in the Explorer's Club for kids. All staff members have completed programs in Red Cross CPR, First Aid and Toddler CPR. Additional safety standards include non-lockable doors, padded floors and rounded corners. Don't worry parents - enjoy your own personal time while the Explorer's Club keeps your kids happy and busy with their own kind of supervised fun!

Pro-Diving

DIVING AT SUNSCAPE PUERTO AVENTURAS
Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea about two miles from the Mayan ruins of Tulum, the diving in this area is among the best sites in the world. Only a few meters from the shore you can admire the second largest barrier reef in the world. Discovered by Jacque Cousteau, it's famous and celebrated for the numerous species of fish, creatures, sponges and corals that populate it.
Experience unique cenote dives. Cenotes are the cavern entrances leading to extensive underground tunnels. The caverns are rich in the visibility nearing 264ft, and divers feel they are floating in space. Our on site dive center has many packages available.

PRO-DIVE MEXICO
This PADI Gold Palm Resort is one of the premier PADI dive centers of the Riviera Maya and is located on-site. The dive center offers snorkeling excursions and top quality scuba training from beginner to professional level. From the first underwater experience to professional training, guests may enjoy personalized training in a relaxed atmosphere. Four daily one-hour dive excursions (9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM) depart from the marina adjacent to the hotel. These short excursions are perfect for guests who do not wish to be away from family or friends for long. Scuba and snorkeling excursions to Cozumel and the famous Cenotes are also offered.

The very popular Whale Shark Safari (June through September) departs from the hotel. This exciting excursion takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where guests have a once in a lifetime experience: swimming and snorkeling with the largest fish in the world. Sunscape Puerto Aventuras has a dedicated wedding and reception party planning staff ready to help you plan your matrimony in an exotic Caribbean setting. Sunscape Puerto Aventuras has both indoor and outdoor locations where your wedding can be both a private and intimate event. We also offer a Spanish Chapel for both weddings and mass.
