As soon as we walked in to Majestic Elegance and saw the lobby we were excited. The food was fine, the service and hospitality of the staff was excellent. The pool was beautiful and immaculate, however we wish there was more going on around it. The ocean and the beach was a 10 and staying at the Elegance Club the beach bar service was a great plus. We would definitely recommend this resort!!!!!!

The hotel Majestic Elegance Punta Cana has 600 rooms distributed in two different sections with 4 room types in each section. All rooms at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana are furnished with novel materials and with all the facilities you would expect in a tropical 5 star resort. Photocopy of passport of the couple and of the witnesses *
Declaration of single status, translated into Spanish and notarized
Original divorce decree translated into Spanish and legalized
Documents need to be translated and legalized by the Dominican embassy,
*Passports don’t need to be legalized or translated. Just copy of them is needed

The Majestic Elegance Punta Cana was wonderful. I could rave about every aspect, great service, beautiful rooms, grounds, pool areas. And by far the best food of any resort we have visited in the Caribbean (and we have been to many.) The staff in every area went out of their way to accomodate any request we had. By the end of the first full day, the staff knew our names and were always seeking to see if we needed anything!
The beach area of the resort was immaculate, very few vendors trying to sell trinkets, plenty of Palapa huts and lounges, and the Majestic Elegance staff was attentive to everyone while they were on the beach as well as in the service areas.
We have never had an easier time with our flights, connections, transfers... When our T.I. tags were noticed on our luggage arriving in Punta Cana, we were whisked right through with no stopping and on our way in minutes to our resort. Also having an agent right at the resort was an added benefit - she was very helpful with excursions.
We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and Berwick Travel to all.
