TERRACE GRILL, Serves casual meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a beautiful view overlooking Waikiki Beach and the pool terrace. The fabulous breakfast buffet is offered daily, and the a la carte menu is always a favorite. Located on the 3rd floor, Diamond Head Tower. Cuisine: a la carte. Opening Hours: breakfast from 6am-11:30am, lunch 11:30am-3pm, and dinner from 3pm-6pm.
COLONY, A mainstay at the Hyatt since the hotel opened in 1978, the Colony offers award-winning fresh lobster, fish and USDA prime cut-to-order steaks grilled to perfection over an open kiawe wood grill. Located on the 2nd floor, Diamond Head Tower. Cuisine: Seafood/Steaks. Opening Hours: 5pm to 10pm daily.
MUSASHI, Serves three kinds of authentic Japanese cuisine-teishoku (sit down), Teppanyaki (grill), and sushi.
