username and password. If you are an active ADHA/IDHA member, the
webmaster will need to verify your ADHA membership before releasing the
Members Only access info.

In order to verify your member status, please look up your member profile
and cut and paste (or highlight and copy) all information shown in the two
columns under "Welcome----" at: http://www.adha.org/news/real.htm
